In the heart of Chiado, Ex-Libris celebrates the literary tradition of this historic area. Once home to the Diário Ilustrado newspaper and the Camões Bookstore, this building is now transformed into a premium space, where each of the 17 apartments pays tribute to a Portuguese author.
With sophisticated design and details that highlight national brands and artists, it offers a unique experience that combines culture, comfort and a prime location.

Bica dos Olhos

Baroque in inspiration, Bica dos Olhos was built in 1675 at the corner of Rua da Boavista and Travessa do Marquês de Sampaio, in Lisbon. It consists of one commercial unit and 15 residential units.
Fed by a spring from the adjacent building, the fountain became known as Bica dos Olhos ("Eye's Spout") due to the supposed healing properties of its water for eye diseases.

Chiado Terrasse

Chiado Terrasse is a historic building located in Chiado, Lisbon. Inaugurated in 1908, it was the city’s first purpose-built cinema, marking a milestone in Lisbon’s cultural life.
Designed by architect Tertuliano de Lacerda Marques, it stands out for its iconic façade, which remains a visual landmark in the area.
Today, it houses the Brazilian Consulate, continuing to play a relevant role in the city.
